Performs customer service and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient and profitable operation of the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Places machine down and stock ordered parts in assigned locations per guidelines
- Verifies receiving and receipting-in of parts shipments
- Monitors shortages and expedites processing through reporting to Parts Location Manager
- Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
- Pull monthly surplus returns
- Accounts for all time worked through EQUIP in performing assigned duties
- Understands and ensures adherence to corporate and customer data policies
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
- Basic inventory control skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and work hard
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. repeatedly
- High School diploma or equivalent experience required
- Fork lift certification preferred
