The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
- Receive log and reconcile packing list with materials received
- Report discrepancies/damages and part number changes to supervisor
- Stock parts in appropriate bins by checking ticket or invoice
- Fill picking tickets, repair orders, incoming invoices or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to parts counter
- Pull orders accurately
- Mark materials with identifying information
- Weigh or count items for distribution Inputs records into the computer system
- Drive vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to shop or to pick up items from several locations for shipment
- Prepare parcels for mailing
- Maintain inventory records
- Keeps work area clean and orderly
- Process returns and scrap as directed
- Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
- Attend weekly department meetings
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for three or more hours at a time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
