Jaguar Land Rover Hinsdale is expanding and excited to add a Parts Shipping & Receiving & Runner associate to join our high-performance team.
In this hybrid position, you will play a critical role in the efficiency of the JLR Parts and Service Departments, directly impact technician productivity, and contribute to the best-in-class service we provide to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Assists in ensuring the efficient operations of the Parts Department.
- Delivers parts to technicians in a safe and expedient manner.
- Identifies and reports all overages and shortages.
- Stocks parts accessories in the correct bin locations.
- Notifies appropriate personnel of issues with orders.
- Performs inventory counts as directed by management.
- Verifies and keeps records of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.

Requirements:What we’re looking for

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in conditions such as varying temperatures, noise, and fumes.
- Ability to work in outside weather conditions.
- Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays.
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior automotive dealership parts department experience a plus.
- Prior CDK experience is a plus
