We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dependable person to join our team as a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our Russellville, KY location.

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk will be responsible for performing stocking, retrieving, and verification duties related to incoming and outgoing delivery of parts and accessories. A successful Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk will perform the following tasks in a way that supports H&R Agri-Powers mission to provide quality products/service at a fair price to afford a reasonable return on assets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Load and unload deliveries.
2. Analyze and compare records to ensure accuracy of every delivery incoming and/or outgoing.
3. Process, log, and sort incoming parts according to procedures laid out by Parts Manager.
4. Accurately close invoices using the appropriate computer systems.
5. Stock parts in appropriate location, monitor shortages, and take the appropriate steps to expedite processing.
6. Properly fill outbound and/or inhouse orders promptly.
7. Interact with customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
8. Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
9. Manage levels of SHIPPING/RECEIVING materials.
10. Work with computer and software to check-in/out parts.
11. Maintain accurate inventory records of incoming/outgoing part deliveries.
12. Make deliveries, on a as needed basis.
13. Maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment by interacting with peers, management and support resources in a way that promotes teamwork and a commitment to excellence.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ year of Warehouse experience preferred
• Capability of operating a forklift safely

• Ability to get around the dealership and grounds without assistance.

• Ability to physically operate equipment or other power equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly, lift up-to 40 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up-to 80 pounds.
• Perform all the above and other tasks or duties in a non-climate-controlled environment.
