**Responsibilities:**- Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, stocking, and distribution of parts and accessories.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

- Oversee the receiving and inspection of incoming parts shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

- Monitor inventory levels and analyze usage trends to optimize stocking levels and minimize excess inventory.

- Supervise parts department staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

- Implement and maintain procedures for parts ordering, tracking, and returns to minimize errors and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Prepare and analyze reports on parts department performance, including sales, inventory turnover, and profitability, and recommend strategies for improvement.

**Requirements:**

Previous experience in parts management or related role, with a proven track record of success.

- Strong knowledge of parts inventory management systems and procedures.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
