SalaryThe Parts Manager will assist in leading a team of professionals committed to delivering exceptional service for our customers. He or she will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of your respected departments, to promote customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. This Parts Manager must have strong leadership qualities to organize and motivate a team and to hold each team member accountable for outstanding performance on a daily basis.**FORD EXPERIENCE, A PLUS**
Manager’s primary objectives are to run a profitable Parts Department, provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction to all parts customers. This position will help monitor all daily processes that include customer sales, internal parts sales, inventory control, parts purchasing, vendor relations, special orders, monthly/quarterly inventory, and pricing, will ensure that both the parts back counter and front counter areas are maintained in an organized and neat manner.
AutomotivePrimary Responsibilities:
- Establish and adjust process to ensure parts are charged out on RO’s.
- Assists in the timely return of Cores, Warranty Parts & Obsolete Parts to all vendors for all locations.
- Maintains reporting systems as required by Corporate Parts Manager.
- Remains current on all new products, product updates and communicates information to other staff members.
- Develops outside parts sales opportunities
- Monitors a training program that ensures the parts personnel comply with OEM requirements.

Pay: $49,736.43 - $59,897.64 per year
