Parts Manager

Responsibilities

• As the Parts Manager you will be responsible to provide leadership and guidance to all employees in your department while working closely with the Management Team
• Managing an efficient and profitable Parts Department
• Customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitoring and processing special orders in a timely manner
• Manufacturer training
• Maintain a clean and organized Inventory
• Accurate record keeping of returned items
• Review daily Sales Reports to monitor progress
• Invoicing
• Monitoring Parts Department Gross Profit
• Overseeing and managing all Parts Department Employees- Including: Counter People, Shipping and Receiving and Parts Delivery Drivers
• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience working with Automotive Parts in a management position
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
