Our company is seeking a reliable and responsible Parts Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Parts Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parts to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the face of our company, so excellent customer service skills are a must. This is a position with a lot of possibilities and many opportunities to get promoted within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Picks up and delivers parts and equipment to guests, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, and vendors.
• Keeps accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups.
• Unloads truck every day and turns in required paperwork.
• Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed.
• Assist parts department as needed with inventory and stocking.
• Performs other specific administrative functions as directed by management.
• Received daily parts orders, scan in and put away all special orders and stock items.
• Inspects all incoming freight for damage and files claims as required.
• Prepare outgoing freight, WRO, damage, core, cycle returns, etc.
• Maintains up-to-date parts receipts and return files.
• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times.
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
• Communicate with customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• A minimum of one (1) year of parts experience, preferred but not required;
• Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts for collecting payments;
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees;
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language;
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as past of a team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand, walk and/or sit for prolonged periods
• Ability to work in various working conditions both indoors and outdoors, including but not limited to extreme heat and/or cold, and rain
• Ability to kneel, bend, and/or reach above the shoulders.
• This job frequently requires lifting up to 75lbs, carrying, climbing, pushing and pulling.
