Parts Department Person

Saginaw Valley Service Company has immediate opening for a Parts Department Person in our Flint office. This job requires no weekend or nights. We are looking for a highly motivated, strong work ethic, punctual and positive attitude person. Applicants must be able to offer customer service in a fast paced office. Duties and Responsibilities:

*Order parts for technicians and customers, comparing cost and shipping from suppliers

*Check parts in, making sure they are the right parts and are not damaged.

* Communicate with customers to give them updates when parts will be in

* Process returns promptly and accurately

*Making sure fast moving parts are kept in stock and on technicians trucks

Qualification:

* Good computer skills - able to learn new programs

*Organizational skills a must

*Able to lift 30lbs.

*Professional personal appearance

*Excellent communication skills - able to talk to customers

*dependable - shows up on time and able to work without supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
