SalaryWilson Equipment is a family-owned business looking for a Parts Specialist to act as the liaison between our company's parts department and our customers and other company departments. You will use your expert knowledge to understand client needs and/or problems and work with staff to accommodate. You should be able to educate customers about our company and our products as well as answer questions from customers and other service providers.

IMPORTANT DUTIES –
- Overall customer service via telephone and in person.
- Accurately process credit card, check and cash transactions.
- Assisting customer and service departments with parts – i.e. search, locate, order, and shipping.
- Maintain parts inventory, pricing, and required company documents.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
REQUIREMENTS -
- (1) year automotive/equipment parts related experience
- Application - High School Diploma or equivalence
- Strong Computer experience – Typing 50 WPM, MS Office
- Able to READ, WRITE and SPEAK English effectively; bilingual a plus.
- Valid Driver's License
- Pre-employment Drug Test (Company Paid)
- Meet Physical Demands: Climbing, Lifting, Pushing, Kneeling, Twisting various items up to 50 lbs
- Detail oriented
COMPENSATION - BENEFITS –
- Full time -- 40 hrs (Overtime available)
- Wage -- $23- and up depending on experience.
