Parts Counter Specialist

I-State Truck Center in Marshfield is home to one of the largest Parts Department in the area that services over 22 full service body repair and heavy duty diesel repair service bays, and we need more team members like you!

If you have experience, we want to add that to our team. If you do not have experience we have plenty of long term team members that can get you trained in to become our next parts expert! Parts Counter Representatives Responsibilities:

• Invoicing parts tickets
• Pulling and ordering parts for Service Dept.
• Verify all purchase orders
• Staging parts for delivery
• Assist with cycle counts
• Occasional shipping and receiving work

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Three to six months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understanding of parts and how they relate to the builds
• Experience in a result orientated, deadline driven work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Education and Experience

• Knowledge of heavy duty truck parts is preferred but not required
