Summary
Sells parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
Essential Duties
· Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner.
· Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
· Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
· Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers.
· Pulls and fills orders from stock.
· Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.
· Replenishes assigned inventory daily.
Requirements:
· Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.
· One to two years of prior automotive parts experience is preferred, either from retail parts outlet or a dealership setting.
· Must be computer literate.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays.
· Team player.
· Positive attitude.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
