Our Parts Counter Representative will assist callers with solutions for their trucking needs. With opportunities from entry-level to experienced, this role is designed for a motivated and career-minded individual who wants the potential to earn more with the increase of knowledge and responsibility. This is a Monday - Friday, first shift position.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00/hr. (based on experience) + Parts Counter Incentive Program
Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday)
Shift Premium:Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 5:59 a.m. and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service for our retail parts business.
Greet customers and assist in parts selection.
Answer questions, provide price quotes, inform of companion part requirements and specials over the phone.
Keep customers informed on the status of special orders and back-order parts.
Receive, locate, bill, and fulfill orders.
Handle customer returns.
Deliver exceptional customer service to our Service department.
Locate and secure parts from various vendors for shop jobs.
Help control and maintain inventory.
