Parts Counter Person
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to promote and market automotive services
- Assist with sales management by tracking sales data and generating reports
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred
- Proficient in using a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Excel for generating reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional customer service
