We are currently looking for a full-time experienced Parts Counter Clerk to join our dealership team in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Prior experience at a CDJR dealership and CDK is desired. Responsibilities

• Assist customers, staff and technicians with specifying needed parts.
• Notify customers and technicians when ordered parts arrive
• Search for requested parts and monitor shipping online
• Hours: Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. -5:30 p.m.; every other Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or military equivalent preferred
• 1 year experience in a dealership parts position, preferably Chrysler dealership
• Good math and computer skills
• Excellent listener and oral communicator
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to bend, kneel or stand for extended periods of time and life over 50 lbs. quite frequently
• Employment subject to background check and drug screen test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
