Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their PAC needs, both in person and over the phone
- Ensure proper fitment of all gear including helmets, jackets, footwear, etc.
- Look up and order parts from suppliers as needed
- Receive and stock incoming parts, accessories, and clothing
- Maintain an organized and clean parts department
- Process PAC sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, including regular cycle counts and reconciliations
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by the dealership
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Communicate with customer on ordered parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or parts sales environment
- Knowledge of Powersports equipment and their parts/accessories is preferred but not manditory
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic software
