Partnership Marketing Activation Coordinator
The Partnership Marketing Coordinator will report to the Partnership Marketing Manager and assist with objectives of the department. As a Partnership Marketing Activation Coordinator, you will manage and assist with select corporate partner activations and special events for FC Dallas Toyota Stadium Toyota Soccer Center MoneyGram Soccer Park UMB Bank Performance Center. The Activation Coordinator will oversee the FC Dallas Soccer Tour (on-site and off-site) as well as support the Partnership Marketing Team, including activations such as player appearances, events, clinics, and special projects. Exceptional customer relationship management and inter-department communication is essential. This individual will work cross-functionally with all other departments to ensure the success of partnership activations and promotions throughout the year. The individual should be highly self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, organized, a problem solver, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll Do:
•Manage the FC Dallas Soccer Tour (mobile marketing unit) which travels around the DFW metro-plex, and includes scheduling events, set-up, execution, staffing, and corporate partner representation.
•Assist department with special events on-site and off-site, including planning, budgeting, execution, documentation, and follow-up.
•Implement activations and promotions for corporate partner agreements as related to FC Dallas Toyota Stadium Toyota Soccer Center MoneyGram Soccer Park UMB Bank Performance Center.
•Support management with internship program, including qualifying, scheduling and training of interns.
•Manage all aspects of Partnership Marketing youth community clinics (5-7 annually) off-site.
•Coordinate and assist with department appearances including FC Dallas players, North Texas SC players, mascots, and promotional staff.
•Keep immaculate records on all account actions, including photographs, CRM/KORE maintenance, affidavits, event summaries and reports.
•Always maintain comprehensive communication with Partnership Marketing Manager and department.
You Are:
•Fun, outgoing, and customer service oriented.
•Detail-oriented and deadline-driven to produce high-quality, accurate work.
•Able to work under pressure while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
•Capable of standing for long periods of time and walk extended distances plus able to work in outdoor weather conditions to include extreme hot, cold, wet, or humid conditions.
•Willing to work a flexible schedule, with extended hours at certain times of the year, including but not limited to days, nights, mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
•Strong communication skills and bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
•Sports Marketing and activation experience preferred.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent driving record.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 60lbs.
