Description:
Receiving emails and inbound calls from agents who sell life insurance policies, create tickets, close tickets
•Produce documentation and internal requests necessary to support distributors in the information systems
•Support new distributors and internal stakeholders with timely communications to ensure smooth implementations
•Work with urgency to address and resolve distributor implementation issues; become expert in the Portal; manage client tickets
•Become a reliable point of contact and advocate for distributors, providing energetic support to new distributors in the implementation phase and post go-live
•Display good customer service practices
•Project high degree of professionalism and confidence
•Help promote and maintain a positive company image
Skills & Qualifications:
•2 years’ experience in professional, customer facing role
•Prior experience working in partner/client support or similar roles
•Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and some data entry experience
Shift:
M-F 8am - 5pm
Pay:
$22/hr
