The Partner Performance Analyst serves as the primary Performance Analyst for the Pushly client network. The analyst works alongside Account Managers to create performance alerts, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide insight on network trends. The analyst attends high-value client calls to address client questions and identify the reporting needs of Pushly partners. role will report to the Senior Director of Partnerships, Implementation and Growth in Kansas City, MO.

What will you do?
- Create Tableau dashboards and alerts focused on:
- Performance declines to flag for Account Management Team
- Deactivation of technology on partner properties within large publisher accounts
- Feed deployment consistency and potential technical issue identification
- Assist in integrating HubSpot data into Tableau to more effectively prioritize clients based on revenue opportunities and renewals as they approach
- Templatize monthly reports for rapid reporting to share with Account Managers so we can handle more client calls per week and materially cut prep time for the Account Managers Identify sending opportunities for clients with a focus on revenue-sharing clients to drive more revenue
- In-depth analysis of subscriber-level retention, engagement, and other aspects to be able to match the needs of enterprise clients
- Sit in on high-value client review calls to aide in answering questions and gather requirements for future reporting
What are we looking for?
- 3-5 years experience in data analytics (bonus for performance marketing related)
- Expert in Tableau
- Expert in Excel including pivotal tables and the use of formulas
- PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong communication skills and experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in analyzing product/service performance
- Understanding of website structure and methods by which traffic is acquired, retained, and monetized
- Ability to be flexible, adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
