Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Greet and connect with customers to create a warm environment and provide excellent service
• Set an example for store staff to meet store goals and exceed customer expectations
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the store by conducting proper opening and closing procedure for safety and regulation standards
• Accurately handle all cash and credit transactions, including purchases, exchanges, and returns, using standard procedures
• Count cash drawer at the beginning and end of each day to ensure correct cash receipts and be able to resolve any discrepancies
• Contribute to the overall sales goals of the store by providing effective sales strategies and implementing current promotional events
• Answer customers' questions about products and give suggestions as necessary
• Maintain sales floor presentations, such as front of house merchandise displays while adhering to visual guidelines
• Replenish salesfloor and backroom inventory levels as needed
• Resolve and escalate issues with unsatisfied customers
• Work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to address internal and external shrinkage in alignment with company policies and procedures
• Other duties as needed, such as traveling to work at other MINISO locations, etc

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to ensure effective communication between customers, peers, and management
• Possess strong mathematical skills to be able to count money accurately and precisely
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift to 30 pounds. Role involves occasionally stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
• Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays
• Ability to access and operate company system including prepare documents, enter data, enter data, and/or review documents
• Adhering to business requirements by working non-traditional hours as necessary, including holidays, weekends, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
