Salary*BONUS* This position is eligible for a bonus of up to $2,500 for full-time employees and $1,250 for part-time employees. The bonus will be paid out in two parts: (1) following the successful completion of the six-month probationary period ($1,000 for full-time employees; $500 for part-time employees) and (2) following one year of employment ($1,500 for full-time employees; $750 for part-time employees). Full-time employees must maintain full-time status throughout the entirety of their first year to receive the full-time bonus, and part-time employees must average 16 hours per week to be eligible for the bonus.
The Community Corrections Specialist is an entry-level position, and ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. The job duties involve direct contact with clients in a residential setting to maintain accountability, safety, and security. Community Corrections Specialists are a key part of the Centre team that includes program managers, case managers, and addiction counselors working together to help our clients achieve social reintegration.
- Full-time (40 hours): Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Part-time (24 hours): Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
Along with excellent training and experience, Centre offers competitive compensation and benefits that include:
- Pay: $16.20 to $21.15 (Depends on experience)
- Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour
