Job Summary
- Responsible for the cleanliness, sanitation & organization of all pots, pans, sheet trays & any item that is cleaned in the "pot room."
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promotes sustainability within dining operations including implementation and maintenance of food pulping procedures.
- Works with management to ensure continued compliance with green seal initiatives.
- Washes mats and walls, mops floors, assists daily in trash removal, and maintenance of the back of house operation.
- Ensures the dish machine is properly cleaned throughout the shift.
- Properly cleans the cooking utensils and equipment. Restocks all washed items in appropriate area.
- No Remote Work.

- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
