Part Time Temporary Receptionist.

Title: Temporary Part-time Receptionist

Hours: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Thursday only- closed Fridays

(Will handle reception duties from 8am-noon with 1/2hr open and close)

Pay: $20.00 an hour.

Assignment: Starting April 29th through July 1, 2024.

There is the potential for this to become a long-term permanent position with benefits for someone who has a financial accounting background.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones on a basic not complicated phone system
• Transfer calls
• Use computer to schedule appointments
• Greet people
• Have all walk-ins sign in and state purpose of visit
• Make copies of documents for applicants.
• Not responsible for knowing the application process, only transferring calls and scheduling appointments
• Able to handle much incoming traffic

• Proven Work History

Qualifications:

• Able to control walk-ins and callers in a professional friendly manner that are insistent in meeting/talking with someone immediately. Must be able to get them scheduled for an appointment with the appropriate person
• Able to pass criminal background
• Computer skills
• MS Office experience required
• Previous reception experience
• Able to handle difficult people
• Dependable
• Able to start effective April 29, 2024 and work the entire assignment
