Part Time - Staff Pharmacist - Ltc Pharmacy - (Carmel, In)

Soliant Health is actively seeking a Staff Pharmacist with immediate availability for a temporary-to-hire opportunity. The initial contract period is set for 13 weeks, and the candidate must have flexibility for weekend shifts, working every 3rd weekend rotation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting or a background in working with geriatric patients.

Position: Staff Pharmacist
Duration:13 Weeks (or 3 months) with the possibility of permanent placement
Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with a requirement to work every 3rd weekend rotation
Experience: Preferably 1 year in LTC setting or some experience with geriatric patients License
Required: Active/clear Indiana license
