Kreischer Miller continues to prosper and grow! With approximately 250 team members located in Horsham, PA, we are currently seeking to add a Part-Time Social Media & DigitalMarketing Intern for 16 hours per week to our outstanding team. Note this position has a flexible start and end date and is not limited to a school semester or only summer. The Marketing Intern will support our Marketing Director and Marketing Manager and help us build and grow Kreischer Miller's profile and visibility in the marketplace. 

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Note that this position will be primarily remote, with occasional visits to our office in Horsham on an as-needed basis. We are seeking a 16 hour per week commitment.

This role will provide opportunities to get involved in a variety of Social Media and Digital Marketing projects in support of increasing Kreischer Miller’s visibility in the marketplace. Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Marketing team to gain an understanding of how and what we communicate to reach our primary audiences (current clients, prospective clients, prospective employees)
• Researching how other accounting firms are using Social Media to communicate to their audiences
• Brainstorming and proposing Social Media post ideas
• Producing (and potentially shooting) short videos to be used on Social Media, Kreischer Miller’s website, and in other forms of communication
• Working with the Marketing team to create and manage a Social Media content calendar
• Creating content (with supervision) to be posted on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X
• Using generative AI to keyword optimize Social Media posts and add relevant hashtags
• Analyzing Social Media analytics to gauge success of posts and campaigns

Education & Skill Requirements:

• 3.2 minimum GPA
• Currently in your Sophomore or Junior year
• Majoring in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants, and how each can be used most effectively
• Experience with shooting short videos in a professional manner using an iPhone is a plus
• We use Canva, Hootsuite, and Camtasia video editing software. Experience with these or similar programs is appreciated, but not required as long as you have the willingness and capacity to learn.
