Position is required to work in various Orange County ABC stores, including Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough and Mebane!
- Pay: $16/HOUR
Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Open availability preferred.
- NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED
Daily Responsibilities:
- Making sure labels in the store are up to date by informing manager if any shelf labels are missing.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and customer interaction in the store
- Balance cash register to match the report at the end of the day.
- Ensure all ABC laws, rules and policies are consistently followed.
- Follow rules and regulations of all regulatory agencies and general statutes.
- Other duties assigned by the General Manager
Skills:
- Team player able to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
- Cash Handling.
- Ability to use a computer-based POS system.
- Knowledge of the ABC Rules and Regulations and the ability to disseminate the information to the public when needed.
- Product Knowledge for the alcohol industry and general knowledge of the retail industry
Education & Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma
2-3 years of Related Experience in a similar retail role
