Scoozer is a scooter rental business that operates at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets. Our product provides shoppers with a convenient and entertaining transportation medium while shopping.
We are looking for a part-time operations/customer support team member to ensure stable business operation and assist customers with their rentals. The ideal candidate for this opportunity is patient, empathetic, has good communication and problem-solving skills.

Your four key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with rentals including accepting payments, initiating and ending rentals
- Using internal system to ensure scooter functionality
- Communicating progress and updates with management
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
Required skills:
- Problem-solving skills: able to think outside of the box to address unexpected challenges
- Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent communication skills: must speak fluent English and Spanish
- Comfortable with CRM systems and tools
