We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Conduct sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in using POS systems for sales transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Basic understanding of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
