Mercantile on the Strand is a home decor and gift shop located on the historic Strand in downtown Galveston, TX. We sell a carefully curated selection of home decor, gifts, jewelry, and accessories for men and women. We are creative, engaging and fun, with a great team atmosphere!

We're looking for creative and outgoing Sales Associates to join our team at our boutique location in Galveston! The successful candidate will work directly with customers to answer any questions they might have about our products, and will be responsible for processing sales transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Present products to customers.
- Sell products to customers.
- Handle customer service issues.
- Receive and process new shipments
- Engage with customers and create content for social media
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
