Location: Wave, Atlantic City, NJ

Salary: $18/Hr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor of the new Wave retail space inside Oceans Casino in Atlantic City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and will be responsible for supervising a team of Retail Store associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the store manager with various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Retail Store associates, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals
• Support the store manager with the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Monitor store performance and recommend strategies to improve results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience
• Provide support in the hiring, training, and management of store associates, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and adhere to all local and state regulations
• Communicate regularly with the store team and stakeholders, and act as a liaison between the store and corporate office
• Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve results
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
