Join Our Team: Part-Time Remote Sales Administrator Opportunity at MarketScale


MarketScale is on the lookout for a Part-Time Remote Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our sales team. This role is designed for individuals who excel in a remote environment and are looking to contribute to our business development efforts on a flexible schedule of 15-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Management: Keep our CRM (Salesforce) up-to-date by entering data, tracking sales activities, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Communications: Assist with managing client inquiries and communications to support ongoing business relationships and development efforts.
  • Lead Management: Help screen and prioritize inbound leads, ensuring efficient follow-up and engagement by the sales team.
  • Event and Travel Coordination: Provide logistical support for virtual meetings and future in-person events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants.
  • Content and Social Media Support: Aid in the development and distribution of sales-related content and campaigns on social media and email platforms.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and other sales-related activities as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with client and team interactions in a remote setting.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, with a knack for meticulous data management.
  • Organizational Prowess: Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects in a remote work environment.
  • Sales Support Knowledge: Understanding of basic sales processes and the ability to assist with administrative challenges in a sales context.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with digital communication tools and capable of learning new software as required.
