Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist

Our practice is looking for highly skilled Registered Dental Hygienists interested in joining an excellent team dedicated to exceptional patient care and an outstanding positive team culture. This opening is for Tuesdays.

Ideal applicants will have excellent clinical skills, strong dedication to ethical treatment of patients, and a desire to create a top-tier patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth, fluoride, sealants
• Take dental x-rays
• Conduct oral cancer screenings
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
• Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
• Maintain a sterile working environment
• Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in Eaglesoft software system.
• Call patient for recalls when time allows

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Proficient in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate and communicate with patients
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals
