Part Time Receptionist/Sales Assistant

We have an immediate Part Time opening for a Receptionist/Sales Assistant position in Naperville. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.

Essential Functions:

• Stock in new vehicles, used car purchases, dealer trades
• Maintain a cash drawer and reconcile discrepencies
• Performs clerical duties such as scanning service repair orders, typing, data entry, and filing
• Order, receive and stock all supplies and refreshments
• Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures
• Maintain and monitor key tracker system
• Other duties as assigned by the management team

Hours:

This is a Part Time position. The hours are typically Monday - Friday from 8 am - 12 pm. Great for those looking to move from retail evening and weekend shifts.

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.
