What you’ll do
The Polestar Specialist will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Space team constitute Polestar’s front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for Space visitors.

As a Polestar Specialist, you will make sure that visitors get inspiration and support to learn about Polestar from the moment they walk into the Space. Polestar has created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help deliver an equally innovative and unforgettable customer experience. You will also:

· Provide a tailored experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda

· Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions

· Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers

· Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers

· Schedule test drives and follow up on the customers by walking them through the purchasing process

· Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviors

Handover Specialist is a fundamental stage during the purchase phase of the customer journey; an exciting moment for the customer and an important opportunity to deliver a premium, world-class experience, welcoming the customer to the Polestar family. The handover moment is the time when the customers get a first look at their own cars, a first seat in it and a first drive. Most customers have been longing for this during weeks, and these Handover Operating Guidelines seek to ensure that there is clear guidance across our markets in the provisioning of Handover activity. Following the operational guidelines, hand over moment guidelines and participating in the Handover Specialist training, will ensure successful handovers.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ensure vehicle is ready for pickup/delivery (charged, clean, through service, etc.)

Present client’s new car to them in person either at space or at their home/work

Review all key features of client’s new vehicle

Set up Polestar ID for client and all other relevant vehicle apps

Guide client through the paperwork process

Follow up with client post-sale to ensure satisfaction and to make sure client is comfortable with the user functions

The Handover Specialist will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all new customers. The Space team constitute Polestar’s front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for Space visitors.

This role will require a valid driving license, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

The Test Drive Specialist will work together with the wider Space team to consistently deliver on an incredible educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all current and future customers. The Space team constitute Polestar’s front line and are their brand advocates, supporting their mission by creating memorable experiences for Space visitors.

As a Test Drive Specialist, you will make sure that visitors get a thorough product presentation and test drive of our vehicles.

· Provide a tailored test drive experience based upon guests’ specific interests and agenda

· Educate and inspire guests by answering their questions

· Confirm test drive appointments and prepare vehicles accordingly

· Act as a role model of Polestar’s culture and behaviors

· Turn curiosity into intense interest by introducing people to the exciting vehicle and services that Polestar offers

· A minimum of 6 months experience in a progressive, client-oriented retail environment

· Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care will be positively considered

This role will require a valid driving license, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Hours: Part time. Daytime, evening, and weekend hours

· Experience working in retail environments with strong branded experiences, drama, public speaking, teaching, sales, event planning or customer care will be positively considered

This role will require a valid driving license, an acceptable safe driving record, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Hours: we are open all retail hours Monday - Sunday
