Part-time Pick & Pack Associate: Blue Ash, OH - Pay $12-$15 per hour.

About us:

We are a small company located in Blue Ash, OH. We import premium products from Europe and distribute them here in the US. We are looking for a couple of part-time warehouse associates to help with pick and pack. We do not have a typical warehouse. It is a large room which is a part of our office building. No concrete rooms, forklifts, loud machines, and we are climate controlled.

We offer a fun and friendly work environment with flexible scheduling. We have less than ten employees in our office, Blue Ash office, so it has a real family company feel.

Pay based on experience and evaluation:

• Training pay (approximately 2 weeks) is $12/hr.
• After training is complete, we will review performance and raise pay up to $15/ hr. based on understanding and evaluation.
• Ongoing excellent performance and initiative will lead to pay increases.
• Experience is not necessary as we provide training but pick and pack experience is preferred.

Hours:

• Approximately 20-24 hours per week.
• This position has a flexible schedule from which you can choose your own hours.
• The warehouse is open Monday – Thursday 10 am to 4:30 pm
• Friday hours vary starting at 10am.

Note: Hours available to work are based on current workload. Meaning hours are not guaranteed to be 20-24 hours/week. Some weeks may offer more hours and some less depending available work. We may ask you to work extra hours if needed but will never require you to do so if you do not want to.

Job Description:

We are looking for diligent and self-motivated Pick & Pack Associates to help us in our warehouse. Some of the responsibilities you will carry are picking, preparing, labeling, and storing products. Also, assessing stock for damages, keeping record of inventory, and accurately filling orders in a timely manner.

A successful Pick & Pack Associate is self-motivated, hard-working, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Picking, preparing, packing, labeling, shipping out bound orders
• Receiving, preparing, labeling, and storing inbound orders
• Inspecting stock for damages
• Counting stock and helping with inventory records.
• Organizing and cleanliness of the office/ warehouse space

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• Must be flexible with schedule.
• Have time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to work by oneself or as a team.
• Experience with computers is a plus.
• Experience with shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, USPS) is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
