Home Environment - Small Family - Family skilled and trained on patient care but needs help/relief on weekends.
Patient Needs: Trach suctioning, Gtube care, Bi-pap care, ADL's
Our Skilled Clinical Staff provides 1 on 1 training. We provide hands on training, lab training.
General Information
Maxim Healthcare in Fresno is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray. (We will provide one if needed)
- Current BLS card. (We will provided one if needed)
