Job Description
Essential Functions of the Job:
· Process weekly payroll via ADP.
· Submit extra jobs and/or vacation requests to Vice President of Operations for approval.
· Enter extra work entries into ADP
· Review payroll after processing, create payroll reconciliation report.
· Process monthly union bills for NY building employees.
· Track employee benefits eligibility, time/attendance, paid time off (Vacation, Sick, and Personal)
· Maintain building employee attendance records.
· Other HR projects/work as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of HR/payroll related experience
· Experience with ADP's Workforce Now strongly preferred
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Experience working with unions preferred.
· Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
· Ideal schedule - Monday - Thursday (9 AM - 2 PM) - 20 hours per week76yg5r-
