Part Time Optical Assistant

Our company is committed to providing the best in eye care and fashion eye-wear with a high level of personal service. Patient care is number one. We are looking for experienced part –time Optical assistant to complete our team in Jackson, Missouri
Duties Include:

• Dispensing, adjusting, repair and fitting eyeglasses
• Contact lens instruction, insertion and removal
• Vsp, Eyemed, NVA insurance billing
• Preliminary testing for the doctors
• Phones, data entry

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills a must
• A knowledge in vision insurance
• Computer savvy
• Dependable and timely with a strong work ethic
• Clear, cheerful and pleasant voice
• Hourly pay is commensurate with experience.
• Part time 16-25 hours two-three days a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
