What You’ll Do As A Night-time Operations Manager:
- Manage valet service operations in an assigned territory Sunday- Thursday beginning at 8PM
- Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsite
- Cover for team members when they are on vacation or out sick
- Train new contractors
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Greenway Waste clients
- Maintain open communication with management and contractors
- Schedule valet porters and fill-in as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Deliver violations, conduct trainings and progressive discipline
- Lead effective teams and hold others accountable
What We Require Of A Night-time Operations Manager:
- Reliable transportation, a pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is REQUIRED for the job!
- A smart phone with data plan
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
- Must be willing to submit a background check

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service, and prior people management experience preferred
