Part-Time Night Auditor

We are looking to fill very important role at our Lakewood Comfort Suites- Choice Hotels!

We are hiring for a Part-Time Night Auditor.

The Night Auditor works at the front desk of the hotel during the night, and they must ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as it is during the day.

• Night Auditor experience is a plus.
• Must be friendly, have customer service experience, hotel experience a plus!
• Must be able to multi task. handle emergency situations if they arise, and have time management skills.

Duties:

• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Handling customer requests and complaints or reporting them to the morning shift.
• Processing Night Audit and making sure number match
• Observing the cameras to make sure everything is good
• Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role
• Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments
• Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
• Setting up breakfast area before breakfast attendant arrives.
• Following nightly check list as assigned and fulfilling all duties.
• Any additional duties requested by management
• Keeping breakfast stocked and coffee made through breakfast hours.
• Stocking the market place and letting management know of any missing
• Any additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
