Part-Time Marketing & Research Associate

IMP is a Fintech and RegTech firm serving the buy-side of the investment management industry. We're creating solutions that leverage machine learning to dramatically improve the success of mission critical projects for our clients. Although we are a boutique firm, we work with some of the largest firms in the business. We're seeking a marketing associate to help raise awareness of our tailored solutions through market research and development of a consistent, effective digit marketing program. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, intellectually curious, organized and a great team player.
Role Purpose
The primary goal of this position is to help us leverage HubSpot and LinkedIn to attract our target audience, and create effective campaigns that draw prospects though our marketing funnel – from brands awareness to meetings and demos. The Marketing & Research Associate will be tech savvy and help drive marketing campaigns that clearly articulate our prospective clients' pain points and IMP solutions which address those challenges.
Job Functions

• Conduct research on industry related topics and develop industry expertise
• Create and convey brand messages and improve brand awareness
• Design marketing campaigns that clearly articulate client's pain points
• Design HubSpot workflows, landing pages and social media campaigns
• Provide marketing analytics using HubSpot
• Assist with updating and maintaining sales contacts
• Update, maintain and create content for IMP Website

Job Requirements

• BS or BA degree (or working towards) preferably in Marketing or Finance related degrees
• Solid communication skills, both oral and written
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite and HubSpot
• Experience working with graphic design, presentation and/or animation software
• Ability to achieve objectives both independently and within a team environment

Hourly Rate based on experience.
Monthly Hours Required: Approximately 20-30, but some flexibility.
