Part time Maintenance Professional - Morning shift - 3 hours per week

Shift : Part-time, Monday or Tuesday from 8:30am - 11:30am 3hours per week.

Tasks : Must be a reliable team player, willing to work in varying weather conditions, and must be able to lift 80lbs or more.

Requirements :

Have reliable transportation, at least 18 years old, Drug free, felony free and legal to work in the good ol US of A.

Job Description:

• Review and complete work orders
• Routinely inspect community and advise community manager of any issue
• Maintains working relationship with community manager
• Maintains records and other maintenance reports as directed
• Reports need for major repairs to community manager
• Schedule repairs with community manager
• Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner
• Pressure wash as needed
• Assist with hurricane preparation of property
• Cleans BBQ grills
• Make basic electrical and plumbing repairs
• Collects garbage around property
• Uses blower around property
• Walk and collect garbage around property
• Hose down pool deck and sundeck
• Check roof and remove debris
• Drywall repairs
• Clean outside windows twice a month
• Painting or touch up of all common areas and doors as needed

Experience

• Requires a minimum of (1) year of general building repairs or handy work.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
