We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper/ Maintenance to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of the grounds
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using power tools and hand tools
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Remove weeds, leaves, and other debris from gardens and walkways
- Assist maintenance and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in groundskeeping
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
