Part Time Line Cook - MONDAYS

Murphy's Village Pub STL is a small, fun Irish pub looking for a part-Time Line Cook who is available Monday evenings, 4:30 to close (the kitchen closes at 9 on Mondays) or possibly all day if you are interested in that (start time 9:30). The total seating capacity is 65, with Mondays typically being a slower day/night. Currently there is only one cook scheduled to work on Monday nights so you must be comfortable working alone, although the owner is sometimes available to help. Salary will be based on experience.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Run dishes through dishwasher as needed

Skills:
- Experience in fast-paced restaurant settings
- Proficient in food handling techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Must be able to read/speak English
