Position Description
The Lab/Clinical Instructor provides part-time supervision of nursing assistant students.
Requisite Qualifications

1. Part-time registered nurse to supervise secondary nursing assistant students in local long-term health care facilities and lab experiences
2. A registered nurse for three years
3. Clinical teaching experience preferred
4. One-year long-term care experience required
5. CPR Certified
6. CPR Instructor preferred
7. Able to work flexible hours
8. Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
9. Able to perform essential job functions on-site or in a long-term care facility
10. History of acceptable attendance record and proficient performance.
11. Health Certificate to perform job functions and PPD or chest x-ray
12. A positive determination of suitability is based on a Criminal Background Check and Child Protection Registry inquiry
13. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education and/or Administration may find appropriate and acceptable
14. Must complete the attached Primary Instructor Didactic Application and upload it with application documents
15. Drug screen completed upon hire
