What will you do?
- Keep a fun upbeat attitude and create a unique customer experience. Be solution oriented and find fun creative ways to achieve sales goals. As a Key Holder you are expected to be a team player and provide a positive attitude on the sales floor. You will report to the assistant store manager and store manager.
- Greet customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Actively work on the sales floor while providing excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.
- Adhere to and execute opening and store closing processes and procedures.
- Be proactive.
- Be punctual.
- Meet and exceed pre-established sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with cash control procedures including bank deposits and safe funds.
- Adhere to inventory management and loss prevention procedures and standards.
- Ensure a neat, clean, organized, and well stocked work area.
- Process and receive incoming shipping
- Assess in-store stock levels and communicate low inventory levels to retail manager daily
- Uphold Havaianas dress code guidelines and consistently demonstrate a polished and professional appearance.
- Comply with companies’ policies and procedures
- Ability to effectively maneuver around the store and backroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, squatting and climbing.
- Other responsibilities as assigned to the role.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a supervisory capacity preferred, but not required. (Retail experience is a PLUS)
- Excellent organizational skills allowing the ability to be resourceful, and problem solve effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable to change
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening, weekends, and holiday shifts as business dictates.
- High School Diploma

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
