Part-Time Janitorial Attendant

Supreme Building Maintenance is a privately-owned business specializing in custodial services in the Akron/Fairlawn community. We are looking to grow our team and are currently seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for the several local businesses we serve.

The length of shifts may vary, but typically range from 5 to 9 PM, Monday through Friday.

As a janitorial cleaner, your primary responsibility will be performing general cleaning tasks and maintenance duties in the common areas of office buildings including office spaces, kitchens, and restrooms.

Additional duties include:

• Dusting, mopping, and vacuuming shared spaces,
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing trash,
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms,
• Washing interior windows,

• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Minimum qualifications:

• Previous experience in janitorial work or general cleaning preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
