Responsibilities:
- Work with students, in-home, to help them understand key concepts that contribute to their learning, growth, and advancement. We specialize in the following areas:
- All subjects
- Special Education
- ACT & SAT Prep
- All education levels (Preschool - College)
- College Admissions
- Implement lesson plans based on the student’s school curriculum and individual needs
- Establish academic goals and milestones with students and parents
- Demonstrate academic competence in the subject area(s)
- Facilitate problem-solving with a curious mind and critical thinking skills
- Collaborate effectively with parents, and Club Z! Management, to increase student performance
- Homework help & assess exam preparation and learning.
- Bridge the learning gap by re-establishing foundations
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring/education-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Reliable transportation - you will be working with students in-home in these areas:
- Union City / Fremont / Hayward area
- Skilled in both written & verbal communication
