Part Time - Housekeeper/Janitorial

Part Time - Housekeeper/Janitorial needed for a fun, team-oriented St. Pete Beach Condominium complex.

This position is Monday – Friday, Four (4) hours per day during business hours.

• Maintain proper inventory of cleaning products and materials on janitorial carts
• Clean the common areas of the property to include, the following:
• Pick up debris and Empty trash throughout property common areas
• Cleaning BBQ Grills
• Leaf blowing all walkways, parking lots, and pool areas, Etc.
• Wipe all common areas chairs, tables, and benches, handrails, Etc.
• Sweep, Mop, and wipe all laundry areas, office(s), elevators, and lavatories
• Refill all soap, toilet paper, and hand towel dispensers

• Responsibilities may be indoors to maintain the interior of the community or outdoors to maintain the exterior.

Drug screening and background check will be required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
