Part Time Hotel Guestroom Maintenance

An ideal position for a retired handyman or someone interested in working 8 - 10 hours per week. Candidates can work (1) eight hour shift or (2) four or five hour shifts. Must be available weekday.

```Duties:```

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as setting correct time on clocks, checking sink drains for clogs, adjusting closet doors, touch up paint on walls and door frames, tightening shower heads, replacing shower caulk, and power cord/cable management.

- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner with the Chief Engineer as needed

- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal appearance of guestrooms

```Skills:```

- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and address their maintenance needs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
